The Historic Preservation & Architectural Review Board (HPARB) was established per King William County Code Article IV, Division 3, Sections 86:28 through 86-31. The Board reviews and makes advisory recommendations on all applications for conditional use permits, special exceptions, and variances proposed within a historic preservation district and may propose the establishment of additional historic preservation districts and revisions to existing historic preservation districts.
