King William County Library System Board of Trustees

Meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of the month, at 6:30 pm in the County Administration Building Board Room - 180 Horse Landing Road, King William, VA 23086, and live streamed via Zoom. Please see the Main Calendar for specific dates. 

Member Requirements

• Created pursuant to Code of Virginia § 42.1-35.

• Board members are appointed by the King William County Board of Supervisors.

• The Board of Trustees consists of five members, all of whom must reside in King William County/Town of West Point.

• Terms: Initially members shall be appointed as follows: one member for a term of one year, one member for a term of two years, one member for a term of three years, and the remaining members for terms of four years; thereafter all members shall be appointed for terms of four years.
